With more than 15 years of experience in business and project environments internationally, Carol Liefoc brings a practical understanding of both sides of the hiring process. As an MBA and business professional, she understands what organizations look for when hiring, as well as the challenges professionals face when trying to stand out in a competitive job market.
Carol's vision is simple: where others may see a problem, she looks for a solution. This mindset, combined with her own experience navigating recruitment processes, resume preparation, job applications, and career transitions, became one of the inspirations behind Smart Talent.
